I ordered replacement brake parts. The first shipment arrived in a torn envelope and the parts were missing. I contacted them and they quickly shipped the parts again. I received the 2nd shipment quickly and they were packaged better. Very satisfied with this company and transaction. I'm glad I can get more mileage out of my dog jogger wirh my old dog and he can continue to enjoy outside adventures.
