I needed a stroller to keep my corgi's bad foot off of concrete and still get him to the park and lawns where he can walk without a limp. He also has to be in a cone whenever not on a leash and this large size fits him pretty well with the cone on. It is warm, sunny weather, so far, so I have all four walls and the roof open to the netting. I love the versatility that will let me open the roof net to reach the dog or roll out the solid roof cover in case of rain. The roll-down windshield will be good in the rain, too. You have made great use of Velcro everywhere that it is helpful to keep things organized. The side pockets are great for poo bags and such. I appreciate the organizer for used poo bags, hand sanitizer, treats, and drinking water supply. The big spoked wheels make for good travel over the rough terrain in our park. The stroller has great reflector coverage for nighttime use, with either individual reflectors or whole reflective strips visible from any direction. I have not tried it as a trailer yet, or in the rain, but I look forward to appreciating more great engineering decisions when I do. So, would I change anything? At the price, probably not, but the one thing I miss that my bike has is disc brakes. The brake design on the stroller is clever and effective, but I worry about tire wear if I "ride" the brakes on steep downhills. I mostly use it as a parking brake and emergency brake now and it is quite effective for that. Overall, I love this stroller. It is just what I needed.
We bought the stroller when our dog had CCL surgery. She couldn’t stand to be left at home when our younger dog went on walks. We kept the stroller after she recovered and used it when we went on longer walks so she wouldn’t be as tired. Now, years later, she rides in her stroller 90% of our walks. Beyond airing up the tires and tightening the screws occasionally, the stroller has need zero maintenance. Great purchase!!
I live about a quarter mile from a dog park in a hilly area and my older dog would be limping by the time we got back. He doesn’t like getting in - won’t do it by himself yet but isn't fighting me so much on it. Once in he is fine and I think he is getting the idea that this lets him play at the park with less pain from the walk there and back. Plus pushing a 75 lb dog uphill is giving me a workout as well!
I am very pleased with this stroller. I received it very quick. It was fairly easy to put together until I trying to connect the cross bar. It was impossible to do alone. Definitely to 2 people. I have 4 dogs and they all love it. Our male bulldog has claimed it to be his new bed. He absolutely loves riding and sleeping in it. Great purchase. Definitely recommend.
Lily is our 55 pound English Goldendoodle. She loves riding in her " bike trailer"! We have just over 100 miles on it and have had no issues. It is wide, roomy and sturdy, and folds down easily for transport. We did a lot of research and opted for a BooYah. We are happy to recommend this product.
