Overall good experience. Love the stroller/ trailer it’s easy to use and put together. It’s great how compact it is when it pacts down. It’s also easy to put together in a flash. I would buy it again for sure.

Awesome Bike Trailer! Even better customer service

I ordered a child bike trailer and received a pet stroller. As soon as I realized the error I contacted the company via email. They responded IMMEDIATELY. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful, and informed me that they would drive the new stroller to the UPS store themselves that evening because I needed the correct one ASAP. I received the correct trailer within a few days. We used it this weekend on a camping trip and it was great! It was easy to assemble, and both of my girls fit comfortably. I like the cutouts in the seats for the helmets so their heads aren't bent forwards. Plenty of storage for extra gear in the back. It was easy to hookup/disconnect from my bike. It offered a smooth ride and was easy to pull with both of my girls and a small cooler. I LOVE that the stroller tire attaches on the back so it can be conveniently converted back and forth. So far I would rate this better than some of the trailers the cost twice the price!

Worth it!

Overall we love this! Easy to put together, easy to take apart if needed, and serves our purpose as a bike trailer perfectly. Then there’s the added bonus of converting it to a double jogger. We’ve used it over gravel roads and our kids barely move, the suspension is great! Worth the price for sure!
